Postpartum support has a heavy focus on caring for Mom, preparing nutritious meals and snacks, and keeping up with household chores so you can rest and bond with baby!

Postpartum support includes:

-Light household chores (dishes, vacuuming, tidying common spaces, etc.)

-Laundry for the family, including washing bedsheets weekly

-Meal and snack preparation

-Baby wearing support and advice

-Basic newborn care support and education

-Caring for baby so Mom can shower, sleep, recharge and/or spend quality time with older children

-Childcare support for siblings 

-Active and non-judgmental listening, support, and advice

-Feeding support (bottle or breast)

-Resources to support you in your postpartum journey (lactation consultants, pelvic floor therapists, chiropractors, etc.)

-Unlimited text support during our time together 

-Empathy, understanding, and companionship - you are not alone in this!

-Overnight support includes most of the above along with individualized one-on-one care for baby while you sleep. Support includes feeding support (bottle or breast), diaper changes, soothing baby back to sleep, etc. Overnight availability is limited.
