Daytime Support & Investment
Daytime postpartum support has a heavy focus on caring for Mom, preparing nutritious meals and snacks, and keeping up with household chores so you can rest and bond with baby!
Daytime support includes:
-Light household chores to keep your home running smoothly
-Laundry for the family, including washing bedsheets weekly
-Meal and snack preparation
-Baby wearing support and advice
-Basic newborn care
-Caring for baby so Mom can shower, sleep, recharge and/or spend quality time with older children
-Childcare support for siblings
-Active and non-judgmental listening, support, and advice
-Feeding support (bottle or breast)
-Resources to support you in your postpartum journey (lactation consultants, pelvic floor therapists, chiropractors, etc.)
-Unlimited text support during our time together
-Empathy, understanding, and companionship - you are not alone in this!

I am currently providing Daytime Postpartum support to families who live within 40 minutes of Pennsburg, PA. My radius covers portions of Montgomery County, Bucks County, Lehigh County, and Berks County including but not limited to Pennsburg, Red Hill, East Greenville, Green Lane, Sumneytown, Quakertown, Spinnerstown, Trumbauersville, Coopersburg, Center Valley, Allentown, Bethlehem, Emmaus, Palm, Hereford, Barto, Macungie, Bally, Bechtelsville, Boyertown, Gilbertsville, Pottstown, Schwenksville, Perkiomenville, Limerick, Skippack, Collegeville, Trappe, Harleysville, Sellersville, Souderton, Perkasie, Kulpsville, Colmar, Hatfield, Lansdale, Montgomeryville and more!
