Physical Support
Postpartum is a time for new moms to rest and allow their body to heal from childbirth. By allowing me to take on the daily household tasks, you can spend the day resting and bonding with baby.
Services Include:
-Light housekeeping (dishes, tidying up, light vacuuming, cleaning bottle and pump parts, organizing baby clothes/supplies, etc)
-Laundry for mom and baby
-Meal and snack preparation
-Breastfeeding support and tips
-Bottle feeding support and tips
-Sitz bath preparations
-Sibling and pet care
-Local errands
-Baby wearing support and advice
-Basic newborn care and soothing
-Caring for baby while parents shower, sleep, and recharge
Emotional Support
Childbirth affects emotional health as much as physical health. I want to ensure that you feel heard, supported, and encouraged without judgement as you take on your new role as mom. I offer a listening ear and advice when needed, as well as resources to help you navigate life with baby.
Services Include:
-Help processing your birth story
-Emotional and mental health support
-Active and non-judgemental listening, support, and advice
-Empathy, understanding, and companionship - you are not alone in this!
Feeding Support
A fed baby is a happy baby! Whether you choose to breastfeed or bottle feed, I will support and encourage you during those first few weeks with baby. Breastfeeding may be natural, but it can be challenging in the beginning. I offer support with nursing positions, proper latch, tips, and resources throughout your breastfeeding journey.
Investment
Daytime postpartum support is available at $35/hour with a 4 hour minimum for clients within a 30 minute radius of Pennsburg, PA
Daytime postpartum support is available at $40/hour with a 4 hour minimum for clients beyond a 30 minute radius of Pennsburg, PA
*Packages are available for 4 or 5 hours a day, 2 or 3 days a week, to provide you and baby with the most support possible
